He has managed projects of varying size and complexity, giving him a practical understanding of both execution and long-term performance.
Steve is directly involved in project planning, estimating, and on-site oversight, ensuring every job meets Allstate’s standards for safety, quality, and durability.
Dave Ramona
Dave brings over 32 years of experience in asphalt paving and site development, with expertise in project estimation, material planning, and job costing.
His background spans residential, commercial, industrial, and public works projects, giving him a strong understanding of aligning scope with real-world field conditions.
