Relationship to Signed Agreements
These Terms of Use govern your behavior on and use of this website. If you enter into a separate, written construction agreement, proposal, or contract with Allstate Paving Co. for physical services (the “Agreement”), the terms of that signed Agreement shall control. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these website Terms of Use and your signed project Agreement, the signed project Agreement will take precedence and govern.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on this Site are provided on an “as is” basis. Allstate Paving Co. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
