As a high-traffic university facility, the Aquatic Center required an entrance widening and surface restoration capable of handling heavy equipment mobilization and daily public use without compromising safety, drainage, or traffic flow.
Allstate widened the facility entrance roadway with new asphalt construction while also removing failing pavement sections, correcting grades, and restoring the existing surface to improve traffic flow and long-term durability.
The project concluded with precision seal coating, restriping, and ADA-compliant markings designed to enhance safety, functionality, and pavement performance.
